Call for Nomination - HARRASSOWITZ Award for Leadership in Library Acquisitions:

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2012 HARRASSOWITZ Award for Leadership in Library Acquisitions.

For more than 15 years, HARRASSOWITZ has sponsored this ALCTS award which is given annually to recognize the contributions of an outstanding leader in the field of acquisitions librarianship. Previously known as the ALCTS Leadership in Library Acquisitions Award, it was recently re-named in honor of HARRASSOWITZ and Dr. Knut Dorn, HARRASSOWITZ Managing Partner and Director of Sales.

To nominate a candidate for this award, please contact Janet B. Morrow, Chair, Leadership Jury, at j.morrow@neu.edu. The deadline for nominations and supporting materials is December 1, 2011.
