HARRASSOWITZ Updates Contemporary German Belles Lettres Author Lists:
HARRASSOWITZ has recently updated its Contemporary German Belles Lettres Program with a revised list of authors as well as new cost estimates.
The HARRASSOWITZ Contemporary German Belles Lettres Program is an approval plan based on an author list of approximately 1400 renowned novelists, essayists, poets, and dramatists writing in the German language. To best meet the needs of our customers, three levels of coverage have been defined: a Comprehensive List of Authors, a Selective List of Authors and a Core List of Authors. First compiled by HARRASSOWITZ in 1971, the author list is updated periodically and has been extended once again to include more than 120 new authors.
Libraries interested in the German Belles Lettres Program have two options: they can establish a full-fledged approval plan based on either a HARRASSOWITZ-defined or a library-defined list of authors. Or, if they do not wish to receive books on approval, they can subscribe to New Title Announcements only.
To learn more about the German Belles Lettres Program and to access the updated authors list, please go to the "German Belles Lettres" link under "Approval Gateway" in OttoEditions, or contact service@harrassowitz.de. Further information about HARRASSOWITZ's approval plan services may be found on our website.
