HARRASSOWITZ joins OCLC's WorldCat Cataloging Partners:

HARRASSOWITZ is pleased to announce that its collaboration with OCLC now extends to participation in OCLC's WorldCat Cataloging Partners program. Through this service, previously known as PromptCat, HARRASSOWITZ supplies OCLC with electronic lists of books and music scores acquired through HARRASSOWITZ. OCLC then sets the holdings for these titles in WorldCat, so that libraries may receive MARC records from OCLC through its Cataloging Partners program.

If your library would like HARRASSOWITZ to send lists of your acquisitions to OCLC as part of the WorldCat Cataloging Partners program, please contact service@harrassowitz.de and let us know which kinds of acquisitions should be included (monographic firm orders, approvals, and/or standing orders).
