OttoSerials new feature: E-resources profile:

It is now possible for libraries to maintain an e-resources profile in OttoSerials, containing information needed for managing electronic resources. Libraries are encouraged to maintain these pages to ensure that HARRASSOWITZ has the correct information on file to use in pricing, license management, e-resources activation and renewal, and access problem resolution. The e-resources profile can be updated at any time. The OttoSerials User Guide gives detailed instructions for filling out the profile.

To set up your e-resources profile, login to OttoSerials. At the main menu, click on "HARRASSOWITZ Account Information", and then "Create/Modify" following "E-resources profile." Only usernames with permission to maintain HARRASSOWITZ account profiles will be able to work on the e-resources profile.
