Reminder - Renewal deadline is September 1, 2011:
Don't forget to send HARRASSOWITZ your renewal instructions by September 1!
Summer is nearing its end and renewal instructions for subscription year 2012 will soon be due. The renewal deadline is September 1. A short extension may be granted – please contact us immediately at service@harrassowitz.de.
If you have already sent your renewal instructions (either using the Annual Renewal Spreadsheet or OttoSerials Renewal Management), please disregard this Reminder. There is no need to contact HARRASSOWITZ to confirm receipt of your renewal instructions – we will let you know in case we need further information or have any questions.
Libraries using the HARRASSOWITZ Annual Renewal Spreadsheet to send their instructions must have completed it and e-mailed it to us before September 1.
Libraries using OttoSerials Renewal Management must have "submitted" all their instructions by September 1. Your OttoSerials account must be activated for this feature before you can use it. If you have any questions about the use of OttoSerials Renewal Management, feel free to contact service@harrassowitz.de or your Regional Sales Manager.
You may use either method of submitting your renewal instructions, but please do not mix the two.
For libraries whose subscriptions are on an "until forbid" basis, HARRASSOWITZ will automatically renew all of your subscriptions in the absence of your renewal instructions. Please remember that if cancellations are received after the library's subscriptions have been renewed, refunds will be provided only if HARRASSOWITZ receives a refund from the publisher. Refunds will not include any service charges already billed.
Libraries on an annual renewal basis should submit their instructions as quickly as possible, since HARRASSOWITZ cannot guarantee that subscriptions will be uninterrupted if renewal instructions are received late.
Individual orders may still be renewed or cancelled through the usual OttoSerials procedures.
