Tina Feick Joins HARRASSOWITZ as Director of Sales and Marketing for North America:

HARRASSOWITZ is pleased to announce that Tina Feick has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for North America. The American Library Association (ALA) Conference in Anaheim, California, starting June 27th, will be Tina's first conference representing HARRASSOWITZ.

Tina brings many years of experience to her new position. For over twenty years, Tina worked for Blackwell's Periodicals Division which merged with Swets Information Services. Besides her vendor experience, she spent ten years in serials positions at the Free Library of Philadelphia and Princeton University. For her promotional activities on behalf of the serials industry, Tina received the 1994 Bowker/Ulrich's Serials Librarianship Award from ALA/ALCTS/Serials Section and the 2005 NASIG Championship Award from the North American Serials Interest Group (NASIG).

Dr. Knut Dorn, Managing Partner and Director of Library Services, commented,"As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Tina will oversee the sales efforts in North America. I know that our customers will benefit from her expertise. HARRASSOWITZ plans to continue to grow its monograph, standing order, music scores and global subscription business in North America and we wanted someone with proven experience to lead that effort. The HARRASSOWITZ management and staff are delighted that Tina has joined our team and we look forward to working with her in her new capacity."
