Service Support
- Title components of packages verified by HARRASSOWITZ on behalf of consortia and individual library members
- Title-by-title invoices for individual library members of unique title lists, including fund codes and purchase order numbers or invoicing according to specific library instructions
- Activation of electronic resources on behalf of the library
- Access resolution of electronic resources on behalf of the library
- Service level agreements established with consortia ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
Technical Support
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), for claims and invoices with leading library management systems, in EDIFACT, X12, and proprietary formats
