HERMIS Help Desk
The HERMIS, HARRASSOWITZ Electronic Resources Management and Information Solutions, Help Desk provides help to HERMIS customers with resolving online access problems to electronic resources subscribed to through HARRASSOWITZ. To notify HARRASSOWITZ of non-access to electronic resources, HERMIS customers may contact the North American Library Services office by phone, fax or e-mail in addition to submitting claims in OttoSerials, the online management system for periodicals and standing orders.
