Encyclopaedia of Islam Three is actually a new publication. The earlier Encyclopaedia of Islam has been totally revised and includes comprehensive coverage of Islam in the 20th century with research on Muslim minorities all over the world, giving full attention to social, political, religious, and intellectual perspectives as they are currently under discussion around the world.
There will be 4 fascicles or parts published of the new Encyclopaedia of Islam Three per year. There will be approx. 200 pages to each such paperbound segment which is offered at a subscription price of EUR 99.00, currently converting into USD 144.00.
Fascicles or segments 1 and 2 have been published so far, nos. 3 and 4 are expected around the turn of the year.
