Expiry alerts from IngentaConnect:

At the end of February 2008, IngentaConnect will send out expiry alerts to libraries for subscriptions whose access rights have not been extended to the end of 2008.  Ingenta has set up these e-mail alerts to give libraries the opportunity to review their title lists and to confirm whether access should be available for 2008 or whether subscriptions have been cancelled.

The expiry alerts will be sent to the contact person that is registered as the account administrator for IngentaConnect at your institution. We recommend that you check that your Ingenta administrator details are up to date, to ensure that the notices are sent to the correct e-mail address.

For titles that were cancelled at the end of 2007, access to the 2008 material will no longer be available after the grace period, which ends on March 31, 2008. Cancelled subscriptions may also be included in the alert list and should be reviewed carefully.

Should you find that access rights for current subscriptions have not been updated correctly on IngentaConnect, please notify service@harrassowitz.de as soon as possible. HARRASSOWITZ will contact the publishers and Ingenta to update your access rights, so that online access is set up properly for 2008 and access continues without interruption after March 31, 2008.
