Standing Orders
HARRASSOWITZ standing order services include the supply of European, Asian, and Middle Eastern monographic series, works in parts, terminal sets, and loose-leaf publications in all languages and all formats.
All titles are consolidated and shipped from the HARRASSOWITZ headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Titles available on standing order can be found in OttoSerials, HARRASSOWITZ‘s online management system for periodicals and standing orders.
MARC 21 
records can be supplied for volumes shipped on standing order.
EDIFACT standing order invoices can be supplied on the series title level.
The following management reports are available on a regular schedule or by request:

List of all currently active standing orders

Fund accounting report, showing expenditures by fund code

Summary of titles, volumes shipped, and expenditures for a given calendar, fiscal year, or range of years

Summary of volumes invoiced, with invoice number, date, and amount, for the previous 12 months
OttoSerials can be used to search the entire database of 150,000 periodiclas and standing orders, modify order informaiton, to enter new orders, to review invoices, to track latest volumes shipped, to enter and review the status of claims, and to generate library specific management reports.
